The Callagenix call recording and storage system allows you to store all inward and outgoing calls for as long as you like, subject to a minimum period of 3 months. The search facility allows you to quickly trace the stored call and listen or download a copy. Voicemails and faxes can also be stored if you take these services from Callagenix.

The telephone call recording (not to be confused with voicemail) enables you to record and store all your inbound / outbound telephone calls without the need for expensive and complicated hardware.

Each telephone call is securely digitally stored in your Callagenix account for as long as you need.

A powerful and easy search facility allows you to find the recordings of your choice. Once you have identified the recordings you need, you can listen, download, delete, or continue to archive them for as long as needed.

If you use other Callagenix phone services you can also store your Voicemails and Faxes as well. A future enhancement will also allow OCR recognition on faxes!

How much does the Call recording & Storage (MARR) service cost?

Unlimited call recording and storage starts from only £25.00 per month.

This equates to approximately 100 hours of telephone recording (3 month minimum commitment – up to 500mb of storage included, additional 500mb cost £10 per month).
